We’re now halfway through our Right Time, Real Impact webinar series – and the conversations we’ve had so far are already proving how vital open, honest discussion is in transforming psychological rehabilitation.
From the very first session with Victoria McDermott through to our latest conversation with Kate Naish, we’ve heard powerful insight from some of the most respected voices in case management, clinical leadership and charitable support. What’s been clear throughout is that while the challenges are real – so too is the shared ambition across our sector to raise standards, reduce delays and ensure people get the help they need, when they need it most.
Why These Conversations Matter
The aim of this series is simple: to spark the kinds of conversations that lead to real change.
Too often, psychological input comes too late. As we’ve explored with our guests, systemic delays, multiple layers of assessment, and inconsistent referral pathways can all contribute to poorer outcomes for the individuals behind every case file. But we’ve also heard about what’s possible – the innovations, partnerships and cultural shifts already starting to make an impact.
Whether it’s reducing friction for case managers, empowering survivors with purposeful input, or enhancing legal outcomes through clinical evidence, every webinar so far has surfaced key insights that we’ll carry forward into the way we work and advocate.

We’re incredibly grateful to the experts who’ve joined us so far, and I’d urge anyone in this space to jump into the remaining sessions. The more people we get around the table, the greater the impact we can have.”
